The Artist
My love of painting portraits started at an early age, having studied portrait painting with Mr. Richard Goetz, a professional artist, in Oklahoma City, OK for several years. More recently, I studied under the direction of Ramon Froman, a prominent portrait artist here in the Dallas area. I am also a member of the Pastel Society of the Southwest.
Through
the inspiration of the teaching and ministry at Fellowship Bible Church North,
I use the Lord’s leading in praying for those I paint. Although I have
painted many different types of paintings, I find painting the face and personality
the most fulfilling and joyous experience in painting. I believe that man
is created in God’s image and that He has blessed me with the ability
to paint. Serving God through my art is both a joy and honor for me.
